gofoss.net is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Like everything we do, we've designed this policy to be simple and accessible to all.

This document has been originally written in English and is the only version for which gofoss.net can be held accountable.

Definitions

This Privacy Statement applies to gofoss.net and its sub-domains. It does not extend to any websites or web services that can be accessed from our website including, but not limited to, any federated services or social media websites. These services use protocols that necessarily share or transfer data between different providers and therefore such interactions are outside the scope of this Privacy Statement.

What data do we collect?

  • We do not utilise cookies.
  • We don't track you through scripts.
  • We do not implement trackers on our website to analyse your behavior.
  • We do not collect personally identifiable information from you, via form submission or other methods.
  • We chose a host known to respect user privacy, which has partnered with legal experts in Europe and the US to ensure that its products and contractual commitments are in line with GDPR regulations.
  • The host collects access logs including the IP addresses of site visitors, stored for less than 30 days.

What we'll never do with your data

  • We don't have anything to gain from your data.
  • We do not collect any other data than what is needed to operate the website.
  • We do not, in any way, process, analyse your behavior or personal characteristics to create profiles about you.
  • We have no advertisements or business relationships with advertisers.
  • We do not sell your data to any third party.
  • We do not require any additional information that is not crucial for the operation of the website (we do not ask for phone numbers, private personal data, home address and so on).
